This Refund and Cancellation Policy explains how refunds and cancellations are handled for our digital programs, training services, physical products, and live protection dogs.

By purchasing from protections.dog, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this policy.


1. General Policy

All purchases made through protections.dog are subject to this Refund and Cancellation Policy.
Our offerings include:

  • Trained protection dogs for sale,
  • Dog training programs and consultations,
  • Digital courses and guides, and
  • Physical products or merchandise.

Because each category of purchase is unique, refund eligibility varies as described below.


2. Protection Dog Sales

A. Nature of Sale

Purchasing a trained protection dog is a specialized and highly personalized transaction. Each dog is selected, trained, and prepared according to client needs and temperament preferences.

B. Refund Policy for Dogs

  • All protection dog sales are final and non-refundable once a purchase agreement has been signed and payment (partial or full) has been made.
  • This policy applies due to the live nature of the animal, extensive training investment, and individualized matching process.
  • Refunds are not permitted based on change of mind, compatibility concerns after delivery, or post-sale behavioral adjustments.

C. Deposits and Reservations

  • Deposits made to reserve a protection dog are non-refundable unless TOPCHA K9 cannot fulfill the order (e.g., due to unforeseen health issues or unavailability of the dog).
  • In such rare cases, clients may choose either a replacement dog or a refund of the deposit amount.

D. Health and Warranty

  • All protection dogs are sold with valid veterinary health certifications and vaccination records.
  • Once the dog has been transferred to the buyer, TOPCHA K9 is not responsible for any health conditions or injuries that occur thereafter unless specified under a separate written warranty or agreement.

3. Training Programs and Services

  • Cancellations made at least 48 hours before a scheduled training session or consultation may qualify for a full refund or reschedule credit.
  • Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the session are non-refundable.
  • Missed sessions (“no-shows”) will not be refunded.
  • If TOPCHA K9 cancels or reschedules a session, clients will be offered a full refund or a new appointment.

4. Digital Products and Courses

  • Refunds are not available once digital content (e.g., training courses, eBooks, or guides) has been accessed, downloaded, or viewed.
  • Refunds are only issued in cases of duplicate payment or technical error directly caused by us.
  • If you face access issues, contact info@protections.dog, and our team will assist you promptly.

5. Physical Products or Accessories (if applicable)

  • Returns or refunds are accepted within 7 days of delivery only if the product is defective, damaged, or not as described.
  • The product must be unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable, and return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless the return is due to our error.
  • Refunds will be issued only after inspection and approval.

6. Non-Refundable Circumstances

Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:

  • Change of mind after payment for protection dogs or services.
  • Downloaded or accessed digital content.
  • Cancellations made less than 48 hours before scheduled services.
  • Damage, negligence, or health issues arising after transfer of the protection dog.
  • Failure to adhere to post-sale care instructions provided by TOPCHA K9.

7. Duplicate Payments or Technical Errors

If a duplicate payment or transaction error occurs, please notify us immediately at info@protections.dog with your transaction details.
Upon verification, the excess amount will be refunded to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.


8. Refund Processing Timeline

  • Approved refunds are processed within 7–14 business days.
  • Refunds are issued via the same payment method used during purchase.
  • A confirmation email will be sent once your refund is processed.

9. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund within the expected timeframe:

  1. Check your bank or payment provider.
  2. Contact your financial institution; processing times vary.

10. Policy Updates
